**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Career Guidance & Counselling**:
Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with students, professionals, and parents to understand their career goals, strengths, and aspirations.

**2. Customer Engagement**:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products/services.

Respond to inbound calls and address customer inquiries.

Build rapport and maintain a positive relationship with customers.

**3. Lead Generation**:
Identify sales opportunities and generate leads through cold calling and follow-ups.

Schedule appointments or pass qualified leads to the sales team for closure.

**4. Database Management**:
Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and relevant information.

Document all interactions, feedback, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

**5.Sales Support**:
Explain product features and benefits to potential students.

Assist students in resolving any doubts or concerns regarding the offerings.

**6.Performance Tracking**:
Meet daily and monthly call targets.

Provide regular reports on call activities and conversion rates to the management.

**7. Collaboration & Communication**:

- Work closely with sales, marketing, and academic teams to align career counselling services with the organization’s offerings.
- Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and industry professionals.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Any Bachelors / Masters degree preferred
- Proven experience in Sales, Telecalling, Customer Service, or a related role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [list relevant languages, e.g., English, Tamil, etc.].
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor.
