
Sales Coordinator

**Job Summary**:
The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team in driving digital marketing solutions and services for clients in the IT industry. This role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales efforts, handling client communications, and ensuring smooth Project delivery.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist sales team with lead generation, client proposals, and sales presentations.
- Manage sales orders, track project progress, and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Coordinate with marketing, technical, and support teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain CRM systems, track sales metrics, and generate reports.
- Handle client inquiries, follow up on projects, and ensure accurate billing and documentation.
- Support sales manager in forecasting, target setting, and tracking sales performance.
**Required Skills**:
- At least 6 months of experience in sales coordination or support, preferably in digital marketing or IT.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.of experience in a sales or coordination role in the IT or digital marketing industry.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
