- Quick Joining and Reply
- Need to Maintain and update Accuracy in records daily
- Effective written and spoken English communication skills.
- Update visitors information in live Chat
- CRM lead update - (at the same time)
- Mail-in solution and sales - (at the same time)
- Update in Zopim core group - (at the same time)
- Update login and logout - exact time in group
- Compulsory login in system/ laptop (don’t use mobile app)
- In an emergency case - you must inform and arrange a person from the team to fullfill your time gap
- Late login and early logout not acceptable - complete your working hours

You are fully responsible for managing your time zone.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment Pleasant, professional, and courteous personality skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
