Job Description: Live Chat Sales Executive - Australia Based eCommerce Business
Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Live Chat Sales Executive to join our eCommerce Business based in Australia. This role involves engaging with potential customers through various channels, including Facebook, Gumtree, Live Chat, and WhatsApp leads. Your primary goal will be to convert leads into orders while providing exceptional customer service. In addition, you will play a vital role in posting products and conducting market and trend analysis to stay ahead of the competition.
Key Responsibilities:
- 1. Customer Engagement:
- Engage with potential customers across platforms such as Facebook, Gumtree, Live Chat, and WhatsApp.
- Provide prompt and personalized responses to inquiries, addressing customer needs and guiding them through the purchasing process.
- Build rapport and maintain a positive customer experience to drive customer loyalty.
- 2. Sales Conversion:
- Understand customer requirements and tailor product offerings to match their needs.
- Effectively present product features, benefits, and pricing to convince customers to make a purchase.
- Employ persuasive selling techniques to convert leads into successful sales transactions.
- 3. Upselling and Cross-Selling:
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling related products or services.
- Maximize revenue by offering relevant add-ons and upgrades.
- 4. Product Posting and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market and trend analysis to identify product opportunities and competitive advantages.
- Create compelling product listings that highlight key features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Regularly update and post new products, ensuring accurate and appealing descriptions.
- 5. Order Processing and Follow-Up:
- Process customer orders accurately, ensuring all necessary details are captured.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- 6. Sales Reporting and Analytics:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales conversions.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, lead conversion rates, and customer feedback.
- 7. Follow-Up and After-Sales Support:
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with purchases.
- Get products reviews after every sales transactions
- Address any post-purchase inquiries and provide assistance as needed..
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in an eCommerce or retail environment.
- Freshers are welcomed too with
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using various communication platforms, including Facebook, Gumtree, Live Chat, and WhatsApp.
- Strong customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering outstanding service.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct market research and trend analysis.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a passion for achieving sales goals.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and chat tools.
- Knowledge of eCommerce platforms and product listing techniques is a plus.
