Online Sales Executive

**:

- Responsible for deriving Sales Through Online chat for our customers**
**- Perform problem research and testing when necessary.**
**- Communicating with the customers through high-quality live chats to answer questions, solve issues and troubleshoot.**
**- Contact and maintain a cordial relationship with existing customers.**
**- Being dedicated to customer satisfaction and resolving any concerns that the customer has.**
**- Deliver high-quality and timely resolutions to problems.**
**- Initiate follow-up to other service areas when appropriate.**
**- Proactively engage with visitors on the website and social media accounts and provide quick support.**
**- Perform other duties and responsibilities as necessary.**

**Requirements and Skills**
- **Strong communication and research skills**:

- **Ability to convert leads into customers through sales techniques and consumer psychology.**:

- **Excellent command over the English language, both written and spoken.**:

- **Knowledge of chat sales systems, tools and other telecommunication systems**:

- **Consider getting brownie points if you have worked for a company based in Australia before or know a few Aussie slang terms.**:

- **Knowledge of social media channels and online marketplaces for social selling.**

**Prior sales experience is required**

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
