**Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation**:Identify and research potential clients and leads through various online channels.

**Sales Prospecting**:Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for the company's products or services.

**Customer Acquisition**:Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

**Relationship Building**:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.

**Product Knowledge**:Stay informed about the company's products/services and industry trends.
Effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential customers.

**Sales Reporting**:Prepare and submit regular sales reports, detailing sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
Utilize CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions and sales activities.

**Collaboration**:Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

**Market Analysis**:Monitor and analyze competitor activities in the online space.
Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and competitive threats.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Online Sales Executive or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of online sales strategies and techniques.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Results-driven and target-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
