**Retail Sales/ Marketing executive**

Retail Sales/ Marketing executive reporting to company supervisors, who are mapped to Grocery Merchants in the local geography for a Leading supplier of packed Atta i.e wheat flour, is responsible for generating leads, sending quotes, negotiating and getting order from new clients to achieve the sales targets. Finding new opportunities and innovative ways to market and sell and achieve the given targets. Based on his interactions with the prospects, he will actively provide vital inputs in the planning and execution of overall marketing and sales strategy of the organisation.

**Job Duties**
- Serves customers by helping them select products.
- Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
- Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner.
- Responds to customers' questions.
- Responsible of recovery follow-up and recovering payment of the sales invoices from client

**Job Types**:Full-time

**Job Location**: Pune, Pimpri Chichawad

**Schedule**:Day Shift

**Office time**: 9 am to 6 pm

**Experience**: Minimum 0.6 to 1 year in retail sales

**Languages**: Read Write Speak -Marathi,Hindi,English-working knowledge
**CTC Range**:Rs 12 thousand Per Month (KPM) to Maximum of Rs 15 thousand Per Month (KPM) with incentives based on performance

**Education**: Any Graduate

**Driving Skills**: Must have driving skills of riding a two-wheeler and knowing major locations in Pune and pimpri Chichawad. Preferred if he has a two-wheeler with valid driving license

**Working Conditions**
- Extensive travel required in and around Pune and Pimpri Chichawad
- Proficient in Ms Excel
- Manual dexterity required to use laptop and peripherals
- Command over MSO,web search and mobile apps
- Ability to put in extra hours whenever required as per work exigencies

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
