Job Description: Academic Counselor

**Organization: Vision IAS**

**Position Overview**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive guidance to UPSC aspirants availing our courses on exam preparation strategies, study plans, and time management.
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions (in-person, virtual, or on calls).
- Serve as the first point of contact for students and visitors.
- Manage inquiries related to courses, study materials, and other academic services offered by Vision IAS.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment at the front office.
- Help students understand the syllabus, exam pattern, and evaluation criteria.
- Provide motivational and psychological support to ensure students remain focused and confident.
- Assist in coordinating workshops, mock tests, and seminars related to UPSC (CSE) preparation.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience in UPSC-related domains, preferably with proven success in clearing Prelims and Mains.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in counseling techniques across various platforms (physical, virtual, and calls).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Graduation/Post-graduation in any discipline (preferably from a recognized university).
- Prior experience in academic counseling or related roles.
- Familiarity with Vision IAS programs and offerings is an advantage.

Work Details:

- **Location**:Karol Bagh
- **Shift**:10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (9-hour shift)
- **Working Days**:6 days a week
