The Academic Counselor provides academic guidance and support to students throughout their educational journey, from orientation to graduation. The counselor helps students make informed decisions about their academic courses, career goals, and personal development while offering resources to address any academic or personal challenges. The role involves proactive advising, individual counseling, program development, and coordination of academic resources to ensure student success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Academic Advising**:

- Meet with students on a regular basis to provide academic advising, help them understand degree requirements, and offer strategies for course selection and scheduling.
- Assist students with understanding academic policies, procedures, and regulations, ensuring they are aware of deadlines for registration, withdrawal, and other important academic milestones.
- Guide students in setting academic goals, developing study skills, and managing time effectively to meet their educational objectives.
- **Student Support**:

- Offer personalized counseling to students facing academic challenges, including academic probation or dismissal, and provide strategies for improvement.
- Refer students to appropriate campus resources such as tutoring services, writing centers, or counseling for personal and psychological support when necessary.
- Support students in overcoming obstacles such as personal or family crises that might interfere with their academic success.
- **Career and Professional Development**:

- Assist students in identifying career interests and aligning their academic pursuits with their career goals.
- Encourage involvement in internships, co-op programs, research, and other career development opportunities.
- Collaborate with career services to integrate academic advising with career planning and job search strategies

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:
