**About the Position**: We are looking for a dynamic ORM Professional to spearhead our ORM practice across all platforms. We need a consummate professional who can champion the voice of Licious across multiple channels. You will be responsible for engaging and responding to requests from followers, customers, patrons and dissidents alike. If you have an in-depth understanding of various social media platforms and emerging trends in digital marketing; and you can communicate effectively on various platforms while maintaining the integrity and voice of our brand, Licious is interested in you.

**What You Will Do (Roles And Responsibilities)**
- Moderation.
- Review user generated comments and posts in a quick and timely manner.
- Respond to comments, when appropriate, to foster a positive community and add value to the user’s experience.
- Answer all queries pertaining to the post.
- Enforce the Social Media Guidelines as defined by the company via-a-via ORM function
- Escalate User Generated Content, where appropriate, to internal teams.
- Reporting - Provide reports on metrics, and continually find ways to improve on those metrics through new initiatives.
- Participate constructively in inter-department and cross-service line communications.
- Continuously improve by capturing and analysing appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
- Good experience in people management and passionate about customer experience

Background and Requirements

**What Do You Need (Desired Skills)**
- 5 to 9 years of Industry Experience with minimum of 4- 6 years of experience working with key social media channels such as Twitter, Facebook, Quora, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Ability to analyse data from the various platforms, derive insights and incorporate them in your daily work.
- Provide superlative people management, mentorship and retention of the team members.
- Excellent communication skills and creative writing skills.
- Very high attention to detail.

Undergraduate degree in communications, marketing, business and/or related fields.
