Hi All, We are looking for the Co-Founder/s have a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:

- Developing and maintaining a company’s vision, mission statement, and strategic plan
- Setting up systems and procedures to ensure the company’s success over time
- Reviewing financial statements and other reports to assess the company’s performance
- Recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and managing all members of the company’s staff
- Identifying new opportunities for revenue growth, including new products or services that meet unmet needs in the marketplace
- Communicating with employees about company goals, objectives, and policies
- Evaluating new technologies and business practices to determine their potential impact on the company’s operations
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, contractors, partners, and other business contacts
- Developing an effective marketing strategy to promote products or services offered by the company

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹338,422.13 - ₹1,619,495.95 per year
