**Roles and Responsibilities**

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and engaging social media strategies to increase our social media
- followers.
- Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels adapting content to suit
- different channels.
- Analyzing people’s perception towards the brand on social media & developing an action
- plan to improve the brand health
- Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms.
- Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and
- developing discussions.
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor
- customer reviews
- Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools
- such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights.
- Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques to find new and better ways of
- measuring social media activity.
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences and stay up to- Skills Required:
- Relevant work experience in writing social media content and managing social media
- platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter etc.)
- Good understanding of social media KPIs.
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
- A keen interest in the music industry and trends.
- Excellent copywriting skills, analytical and multitasking skills
- Prior experience of working/engaging in a digital agency or E-commerce is preferable.Role:
