Hiring for Social Media Associate

**Location**: Parel, Mumbai
- Develop and execute social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Manage and maintain all social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create and curate high-quality and engaging content for social media platforms.
- Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages and respond in a timely manner.
- Engage with followers, influencers, and other relevant social media users to build brand loyalty and community.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as client relations, creative & design to align social media activities with overall marketing objectives.
- Conduct social media competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
- Stay informed about industry developments and relevant news to leverage for social media content creation.

**Desired Profile**:
Educational Background: Graduate / Diploma in Event Management

Experience: 1-2 years handling same profile

**Desired Skillset**:

- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
