**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Telesales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will receive qualified leads generated by the company and be responsible for converting these leads into sales. If you have a passion for sales and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with qualified leads provided by the company through outbound calls.
- Present our products/services effectively and answer customer inquiries.
- Build rapport and maintain relationships with potential customers to facilitate sales.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Document all calls and sales activities accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in telesales or a related sales role is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle objections.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
