**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dedicated Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will primarily focus on making outbound calls to potential customers, engaging them in conversations about our products and services, and converting leads into sales. Strong communication skills are essential for success in this position.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and engage them in meaningful conversations.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our offerings to persuade customers.
- Manage and follow up on leads to maximize conversion rates.
- Document all interactions and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve sales strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in telesales or telecalling is preferred.
- **Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills are required.**:

- Strong persuasive abilities and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
