StrategicERP IT solutions are developed to provide end-to-end

process automation and an information management system

with tremendous customization for the Real Estate and

Manufacturing Industry. We have a total employment of 250 and

we are dealing with 600 clients as of now. We have Head Office

In Mumbai and other branches include Delhi, Ahmedabad,

Bangalore, Pune and Hyderabad.

**Job description**
- Technical Responsibility and with sound domain knowledge.
- Excellent client communication skills and ready to travel.
- Ability to discuss and collect the user requirements from clients, prepare requirement definition documents, derive the scope of delivery.
- Experience in end to end Implementation of major ERP in the enterprise business sector.
- Responsible for Implementation, Training and Support for ERP.
- Implementation Support.
- Problem diagnosis and troubleshooting.
- Contract renewal, invoicing and collection.
- Collect customer feedback and derive action items and execute them to customer satisfaction.
- Coordination with Software Development/Product Team for Customization/New Requirements at Client Database.
- Ability to grasp interrelationships between management requirements and ERP solutions.
- Enhancement of Software as per latest market practices and Business Process.
- Gathering and Analysis of Clients Requirements and preparation of CR form and also suggest suitable work around.
- Mapping and up gradation of Technology as per market needs.
- Finance background (knowledge of Accounts, Tally, GST, TDS)
- Processing accounting receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables' data
- Preparing bills receivable, invoices and bank deposits
- Reconciling the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues
- Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
- Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.
