Work with clients on Implementation of ERP Application **Requirement Gathering**:

- Scope documentation
- Training
- Coordination between client requirement and development team
- End user support

You will be responsible for the overall successful delivery of this project, including its support, operations, and key vendor relationships.

Your responsibilities would include, but not be limited to, the following:

- Understanding the project scope, schedule, deliverables; working closely with
- internal stakeholders to cognize their needs and expectations;
- Collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders, both in-person and through

remote working models as needed;
- Project stakeholder management - working closely with internal and external

stakeholders;without compromising on deliverables and outcomes;driven approach;reporting on project activities, systems, and information security;practices, performing trend analysis on key operational metrics, ensuring a high focuson end-to-end project delivery;and project operations that may impact service quality; ensuring that stakeholders’questions and problems are resolved properly and quickly;redesigning processes, establishing and communicating service metrics, monitoringand analyzing results, and implementing changes;incidents, and common or critical issues;where appropriate;solutions;current day-to-day activities, and recommending improvements;**Knowledge**:

- Partner relationship management - maintaining a healthy working relationship
- Project scope and schedule management;
- Driving periodic project reviews and mitigating risks with due diligence and a data
- Escalating project issues to the senior management when needed;
- Contributing to the delivery of all aspects of the project and services: controlling and
- Driving accountability and continual service improvements—reviewing support
- Reporting, analyzing, and resolving issues related to the implementation, stakeholders,
- Improving support experience for quality results by studying, evaluating, and
- Using and creating knowledge base articles based on new product information, support
- Implementing process optimization, improvements, and modernization initiatives
- Identifying process inefficiencies and compliance issues, and implementing strategic
- Participating actively and collaborating within the IT team, providing feedback on

- Moderate English language Communication skills.

Aware of Indian taxes.

Microsoft office, excel and PowerPoint.

Any financial Application knowledge will be added as advantage

Manufacturing Industries domain exp will be added as advantage.
