**Job description**

**About the Role**:
This role is a back-office role that would require you to give trainings/demonstration for our Cloud-Based Web Application solutions to our clients and/or sales leads. Thus, you will be responsible for the whole back-end life-cycle of knowledge transfer between different stakeholders.

**What are we looking for?**:

- Fluent Communication in English and Hindi.
- Preferablly has Computer Software knowledge or are curious to learn about concepts like HRMS/ Attendance/ Payroll/ Administration.
- Patience and persuasive skills is a must for dealing with potential customers to convert them into clients.
- Should be able to break down complex concepts and deliver it to groups and clients for demonstration.
- Should be well-versed with Microsoft Office.
- Individual with a collaborative approach.

**Qualifications required**:

- Bachelor Degree (B.Com/BSC/BBA/BCA/BA/B.TECH)
- 6 months
- 1 year working experience or internship in similar domain.
