About the Role

We are looking for a Backend Executive to support our organizations daily operations and ensure smooth coordination between internal teams. The ideal candidate will handle data entry, reporting, backend documentation, and process support while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in all administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update company databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
  • Handle data entry, verification, and maintenance of records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, accounts, operations, etc.) to ensure accurate backend support.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and documentation.
  • Assist in processing customer or vendor requests and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Ensure confidentiality and data integrity of all company information.
  • Support management in backend operations and administrative tasks.
  • Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for operational efficiency.
  • Maintain daily logs of completed work and report discrepancies promptly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Computer Applications, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Backend Executive, Operations Executive, or Data Entry/Administrative role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP or CRM systems.
  • Strong data management and organizational skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with tools like Google Workspace, Tally, Zoho, Salesforce, or SAP.
  • Basic understanding of report automation or data visualization tools (Power BI, Google Data Studio, etc.).
  • Prior experience in [industry name, e.g., e-commerce, logistics, finance].
