Provide direct and individualized care to neonates in the NICU, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with procedures.
- Conduct thorough assessments of neonates, identifying and addressing any changes in their condition promptly.
- Implement and document care plans tailored to the specific needs of each patient.
- Ensure all treatments and interventions are carried out according to hospital protocols and physician orders.
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to create and maintain optimal care plans for neonates.
- Communicate effectively with parents and families, providing updates on their child's condition and offering support and education as needed.
- Participate in shift handovers, ensuring clear and comprehensive communication about patient status and care plans.
- Utilize advanced clinical skills to perform specialized procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, and administration of surfactants.
- Stay current with developments in neonatal care through continuous education and training.
- Adhere to infection control policies and procedures to maintain a sterile and safe environment for neonates.
- Accurately document all aspects of patient care, including assessments, interventions, and patient responses, in electronic health records.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in neonatal care.

**Requirement-**
1.GNM/Bachelor in Nursing or more.
2.Minimum of 1 year of experience in neonatal or critical care nursing preferred.
3.Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
4.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5.Ability to work effectively in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
6.Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient and family care.
7.Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Nursing: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:
