Staff Nurse

Provide direct nursing care to neonates in the NICU, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing treatments as prescribed.
- Assess newborns' health status and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Assist in stabilizing and resuscitating newborns as needed.
- Educate parents on their baby's condition, treatment plan, and care needs.
- Offer emotional support and guidance to parents during their infant's hospitalization.
- Facilitate parent-infant bonding through skin-to-skin contact.
- Accurately document nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic medical record.
- Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care.
- Provide thorough handoff reports to incoming staff at shift change.
- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and protocols related to NICU care.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff, following infection control guidelines.
Requirement
- 1.Education-GNM and graduate in nursing.
2.Experience-Minimum 6 month of experience in NICU.
3.Strong assessment, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
4.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
5.Commitment to providing family-centered care and support.
6.Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects and equipment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
