Branch Oversight Function Reviewers

**Business/ Department Objectives**: Core responsibility of BOF Reviewer is to ensure establishment and compliance with the required control and operating procedures in the branches and to monitor behavior and activities utilizing data produced and obtained from branch risk rankings, outliers and branch visits. The Role is designed to ensure that the branches are thoroughly reviewed and assessed for control gaps. The role will involve handling MCA for Retail Bank with drafting of suitable Process, Risk and Control architecture, coupled with optimum monitoring methodology. The role also includes review function as onsite reviewer, centralized reviewer and Subject matter expert for oversight on the concurrent review process. The role also provides an opportunity to design and implement new processes and driving initiatives to drive productivity and efficiency The role is also required to train the branches on processes and procedures as laid down and validate adherence to the standards and practices established by the business in daily operations to meet the wider objective of branch governance. **Core Responsibilities**: Conduct reviews (both onsite and remote) for branch processes including continuous MCA monitoring, CCR reviews, outlier tracking, Regulatory Inventory Mapping, Global Reporting Inventory Tracking Tool (GRITT) Reporting, Digital Monitoring etc. Establishment and compliance with the required control and operating procedures in the branches Monitor behavior and activities utilizing data produced and obtained from branch risk rankings, outliers and branch visits Engagement with the regional team and Branch banking seniors and other units on risk indicators and timely release of score card Submission of assigned regulatory reports Conducting trainings and driving implementation of branch processes and policies for India Branches **Day-to-Day Responsibilities**: Validate Control adherence for the Branches. Review efficacy of Branch processes and implement changes as required Finalizing the Branch MCA testing grid and update the Activity/ Risk/ Control with recent Regulatory and Regional requirements. Tracking of MCA testing open items for Branch Network to ensure timely completion of corrective actions for failed test results. Identification and effective handling of open risk items. Ensure timely raising and closure of CAPS for issues emanating from Branch Network MCA testing Improvement in self - productivity by procedural/control simplification. The same to be achieved by way of elimination, automation or substitution with more effective control/procedure Train Branch teams on processes and controls **Qualifications**: 3-7 years of relevant control and/or project experience High attention to detail and quality Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
