**Google Workspace Support**:

- Experience in Production support
- Incident management, Problem management, Root Cause analysis, Ticket analysis and reporting
- 24X7 support experience
- Working experience of L1 support (accepting ticket, resolving the same)
- Connect and SAML 2.0 identity providers and service providers
- Troubleshoot configuration issues using SCIM for provisioning user identities and attributes
- Excellent communication skills - Both Oral and written
- GW Admin, Gmail Configuration, POP, Knowledge of SPF, DKIM and DMARC
- Gmail Migration
- Configuring and troubleshooting in G-Suite (Google) DNS Panel. Add MX record, DMARC, DKIM and mail subscription.
- working knowledge of Google Vault
- working knowledge of G-Control App
- Production support
- 2+ years of experience preferred
