Description :

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Systems Administrator / Junior DevOps Engineer with hands-on experience in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Azure (both cloud and productivity suite). This role involves managing and supporting our Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 environments, administering endpoints across macOS, Windows, and Linux, and contributing to DevOps operations within Azure.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience managing Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) and Google Workspace, and 1 year of practical experience with Azure DevOps. A strong command-line background in Linux (Debian preferred), as well as familiarity with cloud infrastructure, automation, and serverless environments, is essential.

Key Responsibilities :

- Administer and manage Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Groups, Admin Console, etc.)

- Manage Microsoft 365 & Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) including user management, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint

- Provide workstation and system administration support for macOS, Windows, and Linux (Debian/Ubuntu preferred)

- Perform Linux command-line operations : editing configuration files, running commands, creating shell scripts, and managing services

- Configure and manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms such as JumpCloud and Microsoft Intune

- Create, configure, and maintain VMs and related infrastructure in Azure (and AWS as a plus)

- Support serverless and containerized deployments in Azure environments

- Work with Azure DevOps pipelines, repositories, and CI/CD workflows (1 year hands-on experience)

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across cloud platforms and local device endpoints

- Collaborate with security and compliance teams to enforce IT and cloud security best practices

- Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, standards, and operational procedures

- Provide Tier 2/3 IT support and assist in automation of IT processes

Qualifications :

Required :

years of hands-on experience administering Google Workspace and Microsoft Entra (Azure AD)

- Strong working knowledge of Azure Cloud and Microsoft 365 suite

- Proficiency in Linux (Debian preferred) able to run commands, edit files, manage services, and write shell scripts

- Working knowledge of macOS and Windows administration

- Experience managing JumpCloud and Microsoft Intune

- 1 years of Azure DevOps experience (pipelines, CI/CD, repos, automation)

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

Preferred :

- Hands-on experience with AWS environments

- Experience supporting serverless architectures and containerized workloads

- Certifications such as Google Workspace Administrator, Microsoft 365 / Azure Administrator, or Azure DevOps Engineer

- Familiarity with scripting (Bash, PowerShell, or Python)

- Understanding of ITIL best practices and ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, Zendesk)
