Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in product design or UX.
  • Experience designing across multiple platforms, and working with technical/design teams to create user flows, wireframes, and building user interface mockups and prototypes.
  • Experience with design tools (e.g., Figma) to produce wireframes and high-fidelity mockups.
  • Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional leads to define and execute strategies, leveraging UX to advance business objectives.
  • Experience with shipping products, creating experiences for customers, and consumer-grade enterprise products.
  • Knowledge of front end code, no code, and AI tools.
  • Ability to have a builder mindset to explore and communicate through prototyping and design and to design new, functional, and easy-to-use interaction design conventions.
  • Ability to take initiative and drive initiatives in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, resource-constrained startup environment.
  • Excellent visual design skills.

As an Interaction Designer, you'll rely on user-centered design methods to craft industry-leading user experiences—from concept to execution. Responsibilities:
  • Design initiatives to business outcomes, partnering with your Product Manager peers. You will be responsible for identifying how design can drive business metrics such as user acquisition, engagement, and churn.
  • Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, or high fidelity prototypes.
  • Contribute to the direction of tools, rooted in deep user empathy. Define feature areas with attention to detail, identifying opportunities to enhance quality and consistency across broader flows.
  • Grow in a dynamic environment by navigating ambiguous problem spaces. Adapt to changing priorities and new information with agility.
  • Be a go-to designer for the Workspace Commerce, building its UX strategy and collaborating on roadmaps across the entire buying and upgrade experience.
