Role Description
This full-time is for a Google Workspace Expert. As a Google Workspace Expert, you will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing Google's suite of productivity tools for our clients. Day-to-day tasks include providing technical support, training users, and ensuring best practices are followed. You will also be conducting troubleshooting, maintaining system integrations, and staying updated on new features and updates to Google Workspace.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Google Workspace implementation and management
- Experience in providing technical support and training users on Google Workspace
- Knowledge of system integration and troubleshooting methods
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and MS Azure is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
