**Job Opening: Expert Google Apps Script Developer**

**Location**:Remote

**Job Brief**:We are a growing **construction company**that relies heavily on **Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Google Forms**to manage our business operations. Our current workflow includes estimates, lead management (CRM), invoicing, payment tracking, overdue reminders, and automated client communications. We want to transition from **manual processes**to a fully automated **360° business platform**using **Google Apps Script**to enhance efficiency and scalability. We are seeking an **absolute expert in Google Apps Script**to develop a **customized**and **highly flexible**system tailored to our needs—without relying on third-party software that lacks customization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop a **Google Sheets-based CRM**to automate lead tracking and follow-ups.
- Automate **invoicing, payment tracking, and overdue reminders**via Google Apps Script.
- Create seamless **Google Forms integration**for lead capture and automated sales workflows.
- Implement **document automation**(e.g., generating PDF invoices, storing files in Google Drive).
- Design **workflow automation**to streamline project tracking and status updates.
- Ensure **scalability**and **security**while maintaining **fast and efficient**script execution.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Expert-level experience**with **Google Apps Script**(no beginners).
- Strong background in **Google Sheets automation**(formulas, triggers, custom scripts).
- Experience with **Google Drive API, Gmail API, and Google Forms automation**.
- Ability to **design custom workflows**tailored to business needs.
- Understanding of **construction business operations**is a plus but not required.
- Proven experience in building **fully automated**systems within Google Workspace

The job is fully remote and payments will be made via online platforms such as Remitly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
