Knowledge in Heat treatment processes like carburizing, Carbo Nitriding, through hardening, Gas Nitriding & Nitro carburizing.
- Strong knowledge in Furnace operations & Trouble shooting in SQF, washing machine, Tempering & Gas Nitriding Furnace operation.
- Execute daily production plan for SQF & Gas Nitriding furnace by using ERP system.
- Daily monitoring of production log book and process controls on time.
- Production manpower management for CL and Operators.
- Maintaining housekeeping, visual management, 5-S.
- Ensure all productions data capture in ERP system.
- Issuing of breakdown slip to maintenance team.
- On time charge preparations and de fixturing activity.
- Ensure all good fixtures used for furnace production.
- Process should be followed as per process cum quality plan.
- Handling production CL for production executions.
- Reporting all minor & Major issues to the production supervisor to take immediate actions.
- Rework / Rejections to be kept under control and would be seen reducing trend through various proactive measures.
- Zero mistakes from wrong cycle selections.
- Ensure all safety norms followed by production team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
