Metallurgical EngineerSummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Metallurgical Engineer with extensive hands-on expertise in heat treatment processes to lead technical engagements across the automotive sector. The successful candidate will provide innovative nitrogen (N₂) atmosphere-based solutions for various heat treatment applications at customer sites, driving business growth and customer satisfaction through technical excellence and customer-centric approach.ResponsibilitiesConduct on-site assessments and optimize heat treatment processes for automotive and allied industries to improve efficiency and quality.Develop and implement technical solutions using nitrogen-based atmospheres for applications such as annealing, carbonizing, nitrating, and tempering, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.Lead the installation, commissioning, and training of heat treatment equipment and gas systems to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.Collaborate with sales and application teams to develop techno-commercial proposals and drive business growth through strategic partnerships and customer engagement.Identify opportunities to increase gas demand and expand the customer base through market analysis and business development initiatives.Foster strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders through effective communication, technical expertise, and customer-centric approach.RequirementsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering or related field.Minimum 8 years of experience in heat treatment process industries, with a strong background in nitrogen-based heat treatment processes.In-depth understanding of heat treatment furnaces and operations, including design, installation, and maintenance.Proven experience in customer handling and technical sales, with a strong track record of delivering customer satisfaction and driving business growth.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
