Role Overview

The Senior Store Manager will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of a Material Depot Experience Centre, ensuring a world-class customer journey while driving sales performance, team productivity, and store profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales conversions and achieve Experience Centre revenue targets
  • Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising, and display quality
  • Supervise and guide the Experience Centre team on daily operations
  • Monitor footfall, inquiries, and conversions on a daily basis
  • Coordinate with marketing for walk-in generation and offline activations
  • Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Conduct regular team huddles and performance check-ins
  • Ensure SOP and brand guideline compliance inside the store

Requirements

  • 5-7 years proven retail sales experience, preferably handling high-ticket products
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong team player with ownership toward targets and outcomes
  • Ready to work hours a week, 6 days
  • Hands-on execution mindset (not a strategy-only role)
