**Aluminium Die Casting Operator**

**Qualifications: SSC/ITI**
**Experience: 5 to 10 years**
**Location: Janori - near Nashik Airport**

**Must be willing to travel to the location using their own vehicle**

As an Aluminium Die Casting Operator, you will play a crucial role in a dynamic work environment. Your responsibilities will include loading and setting HPDC tools into Aluminium Cold Chamber High Pressure Die Casting machines (180 ton), with a focus on optimizing machines, tools, processes, and personnel.

Your role is essential for enhancing manufacturing and processing operations. You will work to improve production facilities, minimize costly breakdowns, and develop strategies to enhance the reliability and safety of plant operations, personnel, and production processes.
- **Key Responsibilities**:

- Experience in Aluminium die Castings
- Maintenance of Die Casting machines as per checklist
- Setting and producing parts according to drawings
- Proficient in setting high pressure die casting machines for sampling and production in a safe and efficient manner
- Ability to pressure die cast and adjust machines to ensure high-quality products and maximum yield
- Familiarity with basic hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Skilled in troubleshooting equipment or quality issues
- Basic mechanical skills and use of hand tools required
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Ability to use measuring devices
- Basic PC knowledge is beneficial
- Quick learner with the ability to understand written instructions
