**Aluminium Die Casting officer
- (Shift duty)**

**Qualification:

- SSC/ITI/ Diploma**

**Experience: - 5 to 10 years**

**Location: - Janori - Near Nashik Airport**

**Ready to travel at the location by his own vehicle and ready to work in the shift**

As a Die Casting operator, you'll be a key member in a fast-paced environment, responsible for the loading and setting of HPDC tools into Aluminium Cold Chamber High Pressure Die Casting machines (180 ton), ensuring optimization of machines, tools, process and personnel.

Your role is vital to the efficiency, development and progress of manufacturing and processing operations. You will improve production facilities, reduce the incidence of costly breakdowns and develop strategies to improve overall reliability and safety of plant, personnel and production processes.
- Having experience in Aluminium die Castings
- Maintaining the Die Casting machines as per Check list
- Setting and produce the part as per drawing
- Fully competent in setting high pressure die casting machines for sampling and production in an efficient and safe manner
- Able to pressure die cast and adjust machines to provide high quality product and maximum yield
- Familiar with basic hydraulic and pneumatic system
- The ability to troubleshoot equipment or quality problems when they appear
- Basic mechanical skills and use of hand tools is required
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Ability to use measuring devices
- Basic PC knowledge would be helpful
- Need the ability to learn quickly
- Must be able to understand written instructions
