As a People and Talent Partner at Nivoda, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our People Operations and Talent Acquisition strategy as the company scales. You will contribute to an international team of People & Talent partners, owning and developing both people and hiring strategies that will support our international growth plans in your region. Your role is twofold: First you will own projects and initiatives that ensure the smooth running of people operations as well as ensure that employee engagement and satisfaction are at the forefront of what we do. Second you will initiate and execute innovative sourcing strategies and focus on crucial aspects such as employer branding, employee value proposition, and onboarding. Additionally, you will actively contribute to the development of global policies and programs, leveraging local expertise and legal insights to ensure we scale effectively.As a part of the successful talent team at Nivoda, you will have the exciting opportunity to help build for the long term in a high performing scale up. **What you’ll do**:
Manage end-to-end People Operations for the Americas-
- Take ownership of various projects such as Employer Branding, Benefits & Wellbeing, Performance & Engagement and Learning & Development-
- Actively contribute to the development of global policies and programs, leveraging local expertise and legal insights.-
- Be the main point of contact for your territory regarding employee queries and updates.-
- Ensure employee details on ATS and HR employee portal are correct and up to date.-
- Build and oversee recruiting strategies to drive results, build scalable processes and use metrics to inform all recruiting decisions.-
- Work in partnership with hiring managers to define exciting job descriptions that bring A players to Nivoda.-
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning to ensure alignment with organisational goals.-
- Keep track of all open positions through Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and ensure a slick hiring process, with the support of Talent Executives on your team.
**What you’ll need**:
Experience in managing a People Operations department for a fast-growing business-
- Experience in handling the end to end recruitment process, preferably in a scale up environment.-
- Experience with project work, taking ownership of People related projects-
- Experience recruiting globally and across departments, specifically the Americas-
- Experience in B2B SaaS would be a significant advantage-
- Proven track record of success achieving and exceeding metrics and goals-
- Familiar with HR systems, Applicant Tracking Systems and job portals-
- Experience with multi-channel sourcing techniques-
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills-
- Strategic thinker-
