Power Platform Administrator

**The main purpose of the job**:
The Power Platform Administrator plays a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the Microsoft Power Platform environment. This includes, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate. The primary focus is to ensure the Power Platform is used effectively within project, optimising its capabilities to meet business requirements while maintaining security, compliance, and efficiency.

**Main tasks of the job**:
Oversee and manage the entire Power Platform environment, including Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate.

Manage user roles, access controls, and permissions.

Monitor system performance, usage metrics, and service health to ensure compliance and prepare compliance reports.

Implement and enforce data governance, security policies, and compliance that align to project policies.

Coordinate with IT Security to ensure proper data protection and cybersecurity measures.

Manage data loss prevention and data privacy settings and ensure adherence to data protection policies.

Lead the development of new features and updates across the Power Platform ensuring innovations to optimise platform usage.

Assist the Service Transformation team with technical support and troubleshoot issues within the Power Platform environment.

Stay updated on the latest features and best practices for Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies.

Create and maintain documentation on configurations, procedures, and best practices.

**Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.**

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Experience in managing cloud-based environments particularly Microsoft 365.
- Strong knowledge of data governance, security, networking, and compliance principles, with the ability to implement.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data, translating it into actionable insights.
- Experience with data connections, gateways, and data integration
- Experience in managing user access and security in a cloud environment
- Knowledge of data storage, data processing and data retrieval mechanisms.
- Strong understanding of the Power Platform licensing models and complexity
- Exert level skills in complex Power BI data models, advanced app development in Power Apps, and complex automation in Power Automate
- Familiarity with data governance policies and data compliance regulations like GDPR.
- Experienced with programming and scripting languages such as Power Shell and Power Fx.
- Ability to lead and mentor teams, and contribute to the Power Platform Strategy
- Proficiency in SQL, data modelling, and analytics

**Salary**: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
