**Power Platform - Supervisor**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Possess a strong understanding of Power Platform along with practical experience.
- Proficiency in PowerApps, Dataverse, Power Apps Portals, and Power Automate.
- Hands-on expertise in crafting technical solutions with PowerApps and Power Platform.
- Identify clients' business requirements during discovery meetings.
- Collaborate with the Development Team to architect and implement customizations, defining specifications and creating tailored solutions.
- Conduct end-user training and generate knowledge transfer documentation.
- Develop and continually refine Power Platform standards and tools.
- Deliver customized technology solution demonstrations.
- Offer guidance and mentorship to fellow team members, assisting with design and architectural responsibilities.
- Provide consulting services to clients regarding the design and implementation of Power Platform and associated tools within the MS Business Apps stack.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
- 6+ years of experience with Power Platform
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in PowerApps (Canvas, Model-Driven, Portals)
- Experience in Power Automate
- Experience in Dataverse
- Fluent in PowerFx
- Experience in Power Bi
- Experience in.Net framework
- Experience in Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline
- Experience in SQL Server
- Experience in Java Script, Angular or React
- Experience with Microsoft full stack development and/or AI Builder
