Senior Power Platform DeveloperWork Location : Chennai, Bangalore, or GurugramExperience : At least 5 yearsJob Type : Rolling ContractAbout the Role :We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Power Platform Developer with at least 5 years of hands-on expertise to join our team on a rolling contract basis in Chennai, Bangalore, or Gurugram. This role is pivotal for developing, enhancing, and maintaining critical business applications using the full Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 suite. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, scalable solutions across the full development lifecycle.Key Responsibilities :- Application Development : Lead the design, production, and implementation of complex and critical business applications using Power Apps, demonstrating strong experience in both Canvas and Model-driven apps.- Automation & Workflow : Utilize Power Automate to design and implement efficient, scalable workflows, business process flows, and automated solutions.- Dynamics 365 Customization : Leverage good experience with Dynamics 365 customizations, ensuring integration with the Power Platform environment and alignment with business processes.- Dataverse & Low-Code Logic : Demonstrate hands-on working experience in Dataverse (formerly Common Data Service), utilizing its full capabilities, including business rules, JavaScript, and XrmToolBox for advanced configuration and development.- Engineering Best Practices : Implement programming best practices across all solutions, focusing specifically on design for scalability, optimization, availability, and performance.- Full Lifecycle Ownership : Work within permanent teams responsible for the full software lifecycle, from initial requirements analysis and design, through coding and testing, to deployment, maintenance, and operations.- Collaboration : Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously optimize our software engineering capability and deliver solutions rapidly and of high quality, which add tangible value to the business.Required Skill Set (Mandatory Skills) :- Experience : At least five years of dedicated professional experience in the Microsoft Power Platform.- Power Apps : Strong expertise in developing both Canvas and Model-driven apps.- Dataverse/D365 : Hands-on working experience with Dataverse, including the use of business rules, JavaScript, and advanced tooling like XrmToolBox.- Workflow Automation : Good experience with Power Automate and Dynamics 365 customizations.- Quality & Performance : Proven experience implementing programming best practices, especially concerning scalability, optimization, and performance.- Full Lifecycle : Experience working across the full software lifecycle, from design to operations.Preferred Skills :- Certification in Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., PL-200 or PL-400).- Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps).- Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization and reporting on Dataverse data.
