**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in managing daily office operations, including front desk duties and office management tasks.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate filing systems for documentation.
- Utilize DocuSign for electronic document management and ensure timely processing of necessary paperwork.
- Coordinate schedules using Outlook Calendar to manage appointments and meetings effectively.
- Provide clerical support, including proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication between office staff and field personnel.
- Maintain an organized workspace and assist with various administrative tasks as needed.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail with excellent proofreading skills.
- Experience in front desk operations or office management is preferred.
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently.
- Familiarity with DocuSign or similar electronic document management systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate effective collaboration within the team.
