**Job Title: Field Sales Executive - Dental Promotion Vouchers**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and approach potential customers, businesses, and partners to sell dental promotion vouchers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, local businesses, and individuals to boost sales.
- Educate customers about the benefits and services at Dr. Dipti’s Smile Suite.
- Conduct field visits, networking, and cold calling to generate leads.
- Use digital tools, CRM software and Microsoft Office to track sales progress and manage customer data.
- Meet and exceed sales targets within the assigned region.
- Provide regular sales reports, feedback and market insights to the management team.
- Assist in both online and offline promotional activities to increase sales.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in *field sales, direct sales, or promotional sales*.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel frequently within the assigned region.
- Passion for sales with a customer-focused approach.
- Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, or service-based promotions is a plus.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 12th Pass or Graduates
- Experience in selling healthcare services is an advantage.

**Salary: 15K to 25K**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
