Qualification : MBA (Marketing)

**_Roles & Responsibilities_**
- Designing and implementing social media strategies with respect to the business goals.
- Providing regular administrative & coordination support to the marketing and strategy team
- ** Content Creation** for corporate literature, presentations, case studies, flyers, brochures, white papers, corporate film, and newsletters. Should be able to conceptualize, assimilate information, and package content in a credible manner
- ** Event Marketing **Plan, coordinate and organize RMSI’s exhibit/walkthrough participation, including the display of branding, event messaging, and marketing material.
- ** Market Research** and competitor analysis to identify target audience segments, trends, and opportunities for campaign optimization.
- Implement and manage marketing automation tools and workflows to streamline lead generation, nurturing, and conversion processes.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and suggest innovative ideas to enhance campaign performance and ROI.
- Monitor and manage online reputation by proactively addressing customer feedback and reviews on various platforms.

- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and the ability to think strategically and generate innovative ideas to drive marketing success.
- Advertising - Experience in collecting & analyzing consumer behavior to identify new opportunities for advertising
- Fluency in both verbal and written English is required.
- Good Interpersonal and Networking Skills.
- Preferred an MBA with Marketing stream.
