We’re seeking a talented and detail-oriented Creative Motion Graphic Designer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for creating captivating motion graphics that align with our clients' brand visions, elevating our digital content across platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize, design, and execute engaging motion graphics for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to produce high-quality animated videos, logos, infographics, and other visual assets.
- Translate complex ideas into compelling motion graphics that align with clients' brand messaging and objectives.
- Design storyboards and visual concepts, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality standards in all visual elements.
- Stay current with the latest design trends, tools, and technology in the motion graphics industry to ensure cutting-edge design quality.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and working efficiently under pressure.
- Work closely with video editors, graphic designers, and other team members to optimize multimedia content for digital campaigns.
- Adapt designs for various formats and devices, maintaining clarity and impact across mobile, desktop, and other media.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in motion graphics and digital animation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop), and other relevant animation and design software.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, color theory, typography, and composition.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively present and explain ideas.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to producing visually stunning designs.
