Motion Graphics Artist

**Location**: Pune, Maharashtra - Work from Office (Full-Time)

**Position Overview**: We are seeking a highly creative, skilled, and passionate Motion Graphics Artist to join our growing team. This is a full-time, in-office position where you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, designing, and animating compelling visual content for a diverse range of client projects. You will be instrumental in bringing our clients' brands and campaigns to life through dynamic and engaging motion graphics, contributing significantly to our overall creative output.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conceptualization & Storyboarding**: Collaborate closely with creative directors, art directors, copywriters, and marketing teams to understand project objectives, brainstorm ideas, and develop innovative concepts for motion graphics. Create detailed storyboards and animatics to visualize and present motion sequences before production.
- **Design & Animation**: Design and animate high-quality 2D and 3D motion graphics for various digital platforms and advertising channels, including social media (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube), websites, digital ads, explainer videos, TV commercials, and internal communications.
- **Visual Storytelling**: Translate complex ideas and concepts into clear, engaging, and visually stunning animated narratives that align with brand guidelines and campaign messaging.
- **Asset Creation & Manipulation**: Create, edit, and optimize graphic assets (illustrations, typography, images) for use in motion graphics. Manipulate visual elements to create the illusion of motion, including character animation, kinetic typography, and visual effects (VFX).
- **Video Editing & Post-Production**: Integrate motion graphics seamlessly into video footage. Perform video editing, color grading, and sound synchronization to enhance the overall impact of the final product.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all motion graphics adhere to established brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in style, color palettes, typography, and overall visual identity.
- **Trend Awareness**: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, techniques, and software in motion graphics, animation, and digital media, and proactively suggest innovative approaches to projects.
- **Project Management**: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- **Collaboration & Feedback**: Actively participate in design critiques, provide constructive feedback, and iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and team members.
- **File Management**: Maintain an organized library of design assets, templates, and project files, ensuring efficient workflow and easy access for future projects.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 2-4 years) as a Motion Graphics Artist or in a similar role within an advertising or digital marketing agency.
- **Strong portfolio** showcasing a diverse range of high-quality motion graphics and animation work, demonstrating a strong understanding of visual storytelling, creativity, and technical proficiency.
- **Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically**:

- Adobe After Effects (essential)
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Solid understanding of animation principles (timing, easing, anticipation, squash and stretch, etc.).
- Strong grasp of graphic design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, composition, and layout.
- Excellent video editing and post-production skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a creative team.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to evolving project requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Motion graphics: 2 years (required)
- 2D animation: 2 years (required)
- Adobe Premiere: 2 years (preferred)
