We are in search of a talented Motion Graphic Artist to join our creative team. As a Motion Graphic Artist, you will play a crucial role in bringing our visual concepts to life through captivating animations and dynamic motion graphics. This position requires a strong blend of artistic creativity, technical proficiency, and a passion for storytelling through motion.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and develop compelling motion graphics and animations that align with project objectives and brand identity.

Translate creative briefs and storyboard concepts into visually stunning motion designs, ensuring alignment with project timelines.

Utilize industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other animation tools to create seamless and visually impactful motion graphics.

Experiment with various animation techniques, visual effects, and typography to enhance storytelling and engage the audience on multiple platforms.

Work closely with video editors, sound designers, and other team members to integrate motion graphics seamlessly into video projects, ensuring synchronization with audio elements and overall visual coherence.

Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of current design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in motion graphics to continuously elevate the quality and creativity of our work.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creation, and product development, to ensure that motion graphics effectively communicate key messages and objectives.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.

Stay organized and maintain accurate documentation of project assets, versions, and revisions to facilitate efficient collaboration and project management.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Animation, Motion Graphics, Visual Effects, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Expertise in motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator,).

Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of motion graphics projects, including animations, visual effects, and dynamic typography.

Solid understanding of animation principles, timing, and storytelling techniques, with a keen eye for composition, color, and typography.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Ability to work autonomously, manage time efficiently, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Experience with 3D software (e.g., Cinema 4D, 3d Element) and knowledge of video editing principles is a plus.

Passion for creativity, innovation, and continuous learning in the field of motion graphics and animation.

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
