Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
- Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Expanding the customer base by ensuring the closures and escalations are well handled.
- Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
- The interactions with the clients/client SPOC should yield results in key result areas like requirements, receivable within SLA, closures etc
- CRM should coordinate with the client / client SPOC to get the below mentioned updates in accordance to the TAT mentioned against each of the activity
- CRM will be responsible for all the inter department coordination from site and corporate office
- Attrition, EWI Analysis to be conducted by the CRM

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
