**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct psychological assessments and developmental evaluations of students.
- Develop and implement Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions to address emotional, behavioral, and learning challenges.
- Offer guidance and psychoeducation to parents, caregivers, and staff regarding student needs and coping strategies.
- Monitor progress and adjust therapeutic interventions as needed.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of sessions and evaluations.
- Support inclusive education practices and help staff adapt teaching approaches.
- Identify and manage cases requiring referral to external mental health professionals or hospitals.
- Conduct awareness sessions or workshops for parents and staff on mental health, child development, and disability inclusion.

**Key Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy and patience in working with children with diverse needs.
- Knowledge of developmental disorders (e.g., ASD, ADHD, intellectual disability).
- Ability to collaborate in a team-based setting.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.

Qualifications & Experience: Master’s degree (MSc) in Clinical Psychology from a recognized university. Registered with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI). Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with children, preferably those with disabilities. (Freshers with internship experience may also apply.) Experience in psychological testing and therapeutic intervention for children with special needs.
