**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct psychological assessments to identify learning difficulties, behavioural issues, or emotional barriers.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create Individualised Education Plans (IEPs).
- Offer guidance and support on effective teaching strategies and behaviour management.
- Deliver workshops and training sessions for staff and parents.
- Provide one-on-one or group counselling as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree or higher in Educational/School Psychology or related field.
- Valid license/registration.
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and educational settings.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
