**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Clinical Skills**: Provide psychological assessments, counseling, and therapeutic interventions for individuals, including those with mental health conditions or emotional difficulties.
- **Conduct Assessments**: Perform psychological assessments to evaluate the mental health status of patients. This includes administering standardized tests and diagnostic tools, and interpreting results to inform treatment.
- **Intervention Strategies**: Develop and implement effective intervention strategies tailored to each patient’s needs, focusing on improving emotional well-being and overall mental health.
- **Progress Monitoring & Evaluation**: Regularly monitor patient progress and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, adjusting the treatment plan as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
- **Critical Thinking**: Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze patient information, make informed decisions, and provide evidence-based recommendations for treatment.
- **Therapeutic Support**: Offer one-on-one counseling and group therapy sessions to support individuals dealing with psychological, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with medical professionals, social workers, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for patients.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain accurate and confidential records of assessments, treatment plans, and patient progress. Provide detailed reports to management and healthcare providers as required.
- **Patient Education**: Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, coping strategies, and the importance of maintaining mental wellness.
