He/she will possess average communication and interpersonal skills in order to engage with stakeholders across the business and provide critical input to business teams This individual will have a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with strict adherence to deadlines and routine problem solving with a willingness to learn.Role Description: Process purchase orders (POs) accurately and timely using relevant tools. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and resolve discrepancies. Prioritize orders based on urgency, business needs, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Maintain internal trackers and databases to monitor order statuses, delivery schedules, and costs. Support the onboarding of new vendors by collecting required documents and setting up records. Assist in generating reports on buying activity, order accuracy, and vendor compliance. Ensure adherence to SLAs and flag any delays or exceptions to relevant stakeholders.
