Associate - Buying

As an Associate - Buying, you will play a critical role in the procurement and purchasing process within the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to support the buying team in sourcing, negotiating, and procuring goods and services to meet the company's needs and objectives. You will work closely with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products while maintaining cost-efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of buying strategies and procedures.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and products.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and prices with vendors to secure favorable deals.
- Monitor inventory levels and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as inventory management and sales, to align buying activities with overall business goals.
- Evaluate supplier performance and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports for management review.
- MP vendor Managements skills and negotiations.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all buying activities.
