'As an Associate - Buying & Merchandising, you will play a crucial role in managing the buying and merchandising activities to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction. Your contributions will directly impact product selection, pricing strategies, and overall profitability.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Analyze market trends and consumer preferences to make informed buying decisions.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and maintain strong partnerships.
- Manage inventory levels to meet demand fluctuations and optimize stock turnover.
- Develop and execute merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and drive sales.
- Conduct regular performance analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

Provide timely and accurate reports to support decision-making processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's and Master's degree from NIFT or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in buying, merchandising, or Ecom.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of merchandising software and tools is a plus.
