Full Job Description
- Sell on Marketplace, Company Website, and Online platforms
- Monitoring Sales and returns on Marketplace like Amazon, Flip kart, etc
- Catalogue listing and managing products on the marketplace
- Monitoring Customer experience (correct product, packing, sending the product in good condition, a product reaches on time)
- Looking after the entire listing process, cataloging, pricing, comparing prices, deals
- Setup and manage the E-commerce department
- Relationship building with the key account managers of assigned Marketplaces.
- Sales Reporting - Returns & Cancellation
- Manage day-to-day operations of the E-commerce platform Cover all activities including listing, forecasting, marketing,

order processing returns handling, etc. to ensure the smooth functioning of the account. Manage and confirm orders on

different marketplaces (Flip kart, Amazon, etc.) Listing of products on various online portals.

Develop sales strategy for existing inventory and new product launches.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, supply chain, and operations on the day-to-day management of the E-commerce platform
- Calling Clients & Product Managers of different well-known companies regarding Purchase Orders.
- Reviewing copy and legal disclaimers to verify their accuracy.

E-commerce operations best practices and systems
- Required Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in operations, business, or other related fields
- 2 years of hands-on e-commerce, and operations experience
- Pro-active problem-solver with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
